Tess Finch-Lees: I'm an Irish journalist and broadcaster, specialising in politics, ethics and human rights. I've lived in Colombia, France and Britain and have worked around the world. I speak English, Spanish and French and have an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the University of London. I was a cross party advisor on Sudan in the UK parliament and worked with MPs from all the main parties, campaigning against the genocide in Darfur.
