I've worked with survivors of child sex abuse and rape. I know the toll this fight is taking on these brave women. It cost Virginia Giuffre her life. Their trauma repeatedly exploited still by powerful, evil, men protecting their evil, paedophile, billionaire mates.
I've spent the last few days supporting people I know who have been impacted by the recent Epstein file revelations & being overwhelmed by them myself. I'm working on a piece that honours these women's sacrifice. Feelings flooding the flow of words, surrendering to the process, the pain. It's a drop in the ocean of pain these survivors feel every single day as they fight for justice for their childhood selves.
Hear their voices. Listen to their stories. Stand with them in this fight because it's not just their fight. It's all of our fight. A fight of good v's evil. Don't let the evil fuckers win.
