Farewell 2025: Je ne regrette rien!

Waiting for friends to arrive & blasting the song that best captures my energy exiting 2025: Edith Piaf, "Non, je ne regrette rien"!

When behaviours align with values, we're at our best. There's no dissonance or dissociation, which cause mental & physical self harm & harm to others. There's solace, joy & empowerment to be found in doing the right thing: By yourself, loved ones & our communities. The best gift you can give yourself & loved ones in 2026 is a commitment to prevent harm to self & others. Mask up when sharing indoor air, get HEPAs for your home, stay home when sick, vaccinate & test. Adapt to the forever covid landscape to survive. Worth noting that, if you're prepared to keep getting infected with SARS-CoV-2 repeatedly, you're prepared to infect others - repeatedly: Some of whom may become disabled &/or die. That's a scientific fact. Does that align with your values? A question to ask yourself on the eve of 2026💝🙏

Ceol agus craic! 🎸

Indoor unmasked shindig made possible thanks to this game changing piece of tech. Mask off when each person tests covid negative. We had 3 Pluslife docks between 8 people (cherished friends) which accelerated the process. The Pluslife mini dock has been shown to be 99% accurate. See scientific lit👇

We also cracked the velux windows open: Not wide enough to feel chilly but enough to keep the air circulating. Easy peasy.

Forest walk & splashing about in the river🌳

Playing this for Jon Stewart & the other anti-mask lefties punching down on maskers, pretending it's 2019 & we're not still in an ongoing SARS-C-V-2 airborne, mass disabling pandemic. Cop yourselves on 😬
